We are pleased to see the Joint Venture transaction between Supermarket Income REIT (‘SUPR’) and Sainsbury’s has been featured in a list of “The 10 largest UK deals in the property investment market” by Bisnow.
SUPR sold its 51% interest portfolio of 21 Sainsbury’s stores back to Sainsbury’s for £430m, and made a 30% internal rate of return on the deal.
SUPR’s interest in the transaction was advised by Atrato Halliwell, an appointed representative of Atrato Partners.
