Nikki joined Atrato in January 2025, and is a property inspector within the Social Housing REIT team, ensuring the properties are safe and well maintained. Nikki has 15 years’ experience in social housing, dealing with building compliance and fire safety. Nikki holds a level 2 and 3 in housing maintenance with the CIH, Fire door, Maintenance and fire stopping Exova BM Trada Certificate and fire safety assessments in HMO’S and multi-purpose blocks.
