We are pleased to announce that Atrato Group has advised Blue Owl Capital on its £467 million acquisition of an Asda commercial property portfolio, comprising twenty freehold supermarkets and a UK distribution centre. All assets were acquired on a triple-net lease basis.
This transaction represents our first supermarket real estate deal since the internalisation of Supermarket Income REIT earlier this year and reinforces our market-leading role in the supermarket and essential retail segment. The Atrato team continues to provide specialist investment, structuring, and advisory expertise to our institutional capital partners.
