Adrian D’Enrico has worked in real estate fund management since 2008 and focused on supported and social housing since 2018. Adrian has previously worked for Edmond de Rothschild (“EDR”) as the Fund Manager of their Affordable Housing fund, Funding Affordable Homes, managing c.£150m of properties including homeless accommodation, specialised supported housing and extra care. Prior to EDR, Adrian was Fund Manager and Head of Social Real Estate at Alpha Capital, driving their social strategy across £925m of social AUM and managing two socially focused real estate vehicles. Prior to Alpha, Adrian was the Fund Manager of Henley SIPUT where he worked with Tom. He has a wealth of property sector expertise having worked at AXA IM for eight years where he was Fund Manager of both AXA’s £340m long lease income fund and £270m of separate account mandates. Adrian is widely regarded as one of the most experienced social housing fund managers in the UK. He is well aware of the issues that face the SSH sector and how the compliant lease model can address them.
