Guillaume joined the Atrato Group in January 2022 and oversees the firm’s investment strategy, risk appetite and transaction execution. He is a member of the Atrato Group Investment Committee. Guillaume spent 15 years as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in London, first in FIG M&A and then in Structured Finance. As a structured finance professional, he focused on originating and structuring bespoke credit transactions. Among other things, he has executed c.£3bn of net lease transactions in the UK and Europe. He has also completed c.£8bn of financings in the infrastructure and renewables sectors. Guillaume holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School.
