James Dodd joined the Atrato Group in October 2025 as an Associate within the Atrato Living team. He works in the Asset Management team, focusing on our private social housing fund. Prior to joining Atrato, James spent over four years at JLL, where he specialised in residential valuation, gaining extensive experience in affordable housing, Build-to-Rent, and residential development projects. James graduated from the University of Reading in 2020 with a degree in Real Estate and has since qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
