Kristina joined Atrato in January 2025 and is a member of the Social Housing REIT team, leading on property standards and ensuring lease obligation compliance. Kristina also leads on EPC rating improvement initiatives across the portfolio. Kristina has over 22 years’ experience in property, predominantly in social housing. Kristina is an MCIOB Chartered construction manager, holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from UWE and a Diploma in Surveying Practice from Whiteknights the College of Estate Management. Kristina is also a qualified domestic energy and retrofit assessor.
