Jonathan joined the Atrato Group in May 2022 and is the Head of Operations for the Group. ​ Jonathan has over 20 years of experience supporting, managing, and recruiting for professional services businesses. He has worked with innovative organisations in a variety of sectors, helping them to develop, train and manage their talent. ​Jonathan graduated from the University of Warwick with a BA Hons in English & Theatre Studies and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
