Private Mandates
We are happy to create joint ventures or separate account mandates to invest in asset classes benefiting from our strategies. A successful example was our Atrato Halliwell joint venture between SUPR and BA Pensions which invested in a £1bn+ portfolio of 26 Sainsbury’s stores.
The Atrato Group originated, structured and arranged the investment opportunity and Atrato Halliwell was subsequently the investment advisor to the joint venture. This role included providing advice on pricing and the complexities of the underlying securitisation structure and drew upon our extensive experience of asset backed finance and our deep understanding of the grocery sector.
The Joint Venture has been unwound and the transaction closed. We returned a 1.6x money multiple and a 30% IRR over the investment period.
