Tom joined the Atrato Group in May 2022 and is responsible for investment across Atrato’s social housing strategy. Prior to Atrato, Tom co-founded Social Income and Iken Group, both focusing on delivering a transformational model of specialised supported housing. Tom has 12 years of experience in the real estate sector having previously worked at CBRE IM and Henley Investment Management. Tom graduated from Manchester University in 2009 with a degree in Economics and Social Studies.
